Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing for organizational enrollments or special cases.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify SolariMend immediately so we can secure the account and provide case-level guidance on remedies and next steps.

SolariMend may suspend accounts for suspected misuse, policy violations, or security incidents. Example: repeated harassment in a community forum may lead to temporary suspension pending review.

User-Generated Content

Participants may post reflections, case studies, or resources. We outline ownership and responsibilities to protect contributors and the community.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. Example: an entrepreneur shares a business model canvas they developed during a workshop and remains the copyright holder.

By posting content in SolariMend public areas you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for display, distribution, and promotion of that content to facilitate community learning.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe rights or contain unlawful material. Case: do not upload client data or confidential business documents without consent.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates rules or legal requirements. If your content is removed, we will provide a reason and an opportunity to appeal.

Intellectual Property

SolariMend owns or licenses course materials, brand assets, and proprietary tools. Use of these materials is limited to personal educational purposes unless an explicit license states otherwise.

• Do not reproduce or distribute course materials for commercial use without written permission.
• Do not create derivative works for sale using SolariMend proprietary frameworks unless licensed.

Paid Services

Paid offerings include enrollment fees for courses, retreats, and coaching packages. Pricing and refund terms vary by program and are specified at purchase.

Program fees are listed on the relevant product page and may include tiered pricing for early registration or scholarships. Practical example: early-bird enrollments receive a discounted rate with a defined deadline.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. SolariMend does not store full payment card details on our systems; transaction records are retained for accounting and support.

Subscription services bill on the agreed cadence and can be canceled through account settings. Example: a monthly mastermind membership can be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Refunds are handled per program policy. Typical scenarios: full refunds for cancellations within the published cooling-off period; partial credits may apply for mid-course withdrawals depending on consumed deliverables.

Participants may cancel registrations per the program’s cancellation window. In some cases, transfers to future cohorts or credit toward other services are offered as practical alternatives.

Applicable taxes, duties, or levies are the responsibility of the participant and will be applied at checkout where required by law.

We may adjust prices for future cohorts; changes do not affect fees already paid for confirmed enrollments.

Non-payment may result in access suspension until outstanding balances are cleared. We will notify participants and offer a short grace period where appropriate.
